How to Start a Return or Refund Request

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions (and a label if applicable)

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please complete an approved return (if eligible), then place a new order.
